Can't remember, I have been on and off again for about 12 years....
Why I Love It:
Because now I'm puting a whole new meaning into..."The only thing constant is change".....and let the change begin!!!!!! I do love nutrition and how the body works. I am very attached to massage as a hobby. Thai Massage is my favorite. THere is more of a streching envolvded. Also I am tried of being thought of as weak or "skinny". The pump feeling, the rush, and the structure is motivating as well.

it's a sad start but here I am and go.....
There is still progress between my breaks...but I'm here going to do my best and lift more and more
The Arnold's Bicep curl. Choose a lite weight and curl half way for 6-10 reps then same amount of reps for the second half, then the same amount of reps for the whole curl. Thats one set out of 2!!!
Alright guys. First off my last workout period I got pumped and ready to go, but also got sucked into all the marketing of the supplements. I tried No-xpolde and several other BSN products. The NOxplode gave me a boost of energy, but when it was time to off cycle it really brought...

Thanks. I get that good frame from my thin father. I guess its a blessing to have something to start with. I am like you been doing it two years but had some breaks in between. the reason I am not a lot bigger is because I had a very poor diet until about a month ago. Thats when I really got serious.

To be honest i haven't really been working out this past month, been too busy sadly. I am hoping to pick it up again seriously in the next 1-2 months. Might have to do a bit more training before I post any new pics ;)

Merry Christmas man! Damn.. I'm sorry I forgot to wish you heh. Its coming on great for me btw, I can lift much more than a lot of people in the gym now. Weight has got up to 160 lbs. The abs look like they're gonna be 100% visible in a few months too. Life's good :D I am getting myself two 33 lbs Dumbbells soon and recently got a new supplement (details in profile) let me know about yourself!
