When I Started:
How I Started:
I always admired the women on exercise shows and videos. I used to watch and do the exercises from The 20 minute workout, Bodies in Motion with Gilad, Body Shaping, ESPN’s Fitness PROS, Kiana’s Flex Appeal and as funny as it sounds when I was 7 or 8 I used to follow along and exercise to The Richard Simmons show. I also used to exercise to ABS of Steel, Buns of Steel and Jane Fonda & Rachel Hunters workout videos .
I always admired fitness Pioneer, Kiana Tom from ESPN. She is the first Asian to host, produce and star in her own fitness show and series. She has a great physique and overall tone and appearance. Watching her tv shows inspired me because I wanted a physique like Kiana.
I also admire Trish Stratus. She has an amazing physique and is a very sweet person.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be in a magazine by the end of this year.
Right now I am training for my upcoming competition and booking photo shoots with a few photographers this Spring/ Summer.
I plan on competing this year and hopefully taking home some hardwear.
In closing, Im keeping my head up and I know all my goals WILL be accomplished in 2008!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They are either lifting too heavy or improper form and technique during the exercise.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Yes I like having a workout partnet because I have someone to spot me when I lift heavy and Im more motivated when someone is there to remind me to lift that extra rep.
