Sorry it took me so long to respond! Training is going ok but the diet is not. I've been working really long hours and kinda grabbing whatever. I work at a hospital and my hours are all over the place. I need to refocus!

Thanks for the advice! I've got 2 goals right now - losing 10 lbs by May and finishing my first 5k! If you have any more advice I'd love to hear it!
