Well I blew my last short term goal out of the water. I am already back to full strength. Now I want to bench 200 lbs before August. Plus get into the best shape possible before I move.
So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
