How I Started:
I got started working out because I wanted to put on more muscle mass. I was only 135 lbs. in high school. I was way too skinny.
Why I Love It:
I enjoying working out because it helps releases stress. I also feel better after a great workout. Now, I am addicted to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by doing some modeling work for fun. It helps me stay focused on my workouts and diet.
