I work out 5-6 days/week. I try to do 45+ minutes of cardio a day and 45+ minutes of weights and abs. I have a detailed workout plan ...I'll fill this in later.
Well, I must say it's a great rear! ;) Atleast its a good thing that is following behind you. That's not the only thing that's beautiful about you though. I'm sure you've gotten a lot of compliments! Well, take care and hope things are going well for you.

I know exactly what you mean. All my friends think im crazy for dieting and spending so much time in the gym but they dont realize the satisfaction one can get from transforming there body and improving their overall health. Were a special breed ;)
