How I Started: I had eating disorders in HS and averaged about 110-115 lbs then got to college and became a fat ass :)
Why I Love It: I feel better, I look better, its great :)

I work out 5-6 days/week. I try to do 45+ minutes of cardio a day and 45+ minutes of weights and abs. I have a detailed workout plan ...I'll fill this in later.

I know exactly what you mean. All my friends think im crazy for dieting and spending so much time in the gym but they dont realize the satisfaction one can get from transforming there body and improving their overall health. Were a special breed ;)
