Have always been interested in working out. I have actually worked out for several years and recently took a few months off. I heard about the gym from someone I work with.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding.com is full of useful information. Working out gives me a sense of self pride and accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
My future goal is what keeps me motivated and driven.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding muscle. I actually weighed 145 when I started working out. I have since lost 12 lbs and 5% body fat. I know with the support of my friends and family, I can and will accomplish my goals. Thanks for all the support guys. :)
Goodin Great How is the jiggle doing. I pulled a chest muscle last week and workout out after so it go worst. so I am taking two week of for upper body and hitting the cardio and legs.Yesturday did 90 minutes in incline ramp whilte watching the Tour Du France. those guy are in sick shape they rode 357 KM no problem
