When I Started: Feb, 2004
How I Started: Got tired of being heavy and wanted more out of life. I wanted to feel good about myself and better about how I looked.
Why I Love It: Its all about me. Nothing more than you verses the next set. The harder you work the more gains you make. In the end the only one who has to be pleased is you and the progress you make.
How I Stay Motivated: The only picture that I look somewhat thin. Knowing I will be thinner and more cut. That I will be able to look at myself and be happy with my appearance.
BB Accomplishments: Certified in personal training and core training. I was training for powerlifting and did reach my first goal of 325. That was really cool.
