as many wide grip pullups u can do at 1 time until u reach 50.
then barbell rows,shoulder width overhand grip,4 to 5 sets
12 reps to start,then 10, 8, 6 ,6..
then~~>>reverse grip t bar row or nuetral grip,12 ,10,8,6
then deadlift~~~>>10 reps, 8 , 6 ...

Yeah man. But I have crazy metabolism. Work 40+ a week so eating the number of meals like I need to in order to gain weight aint happening.
