I realized I was getting the weight gain creep and being held back by my recently diagnosis of hip dysplasia.....My boyfriend enlightened me to weight lifting! :)

So I obviously still have a couple months to go but I made three goals for this year. Get licensed, get in shape, and get credit card debt free. Well I can successfully say I finished one of the 3 with the other 2 in the works! Twenties was fun and wild and definitely took its toll on me but wasn’t until I was faced with 30 that reality hit. My reflection on making a goal by 30!!

So I obviously still have a couple months to go but I made three goals for this year. Get licensed, get in shape, and get credit card debt free. Well I can successfully say I finished one of the 3 with the other 2 in the works!



Twenties was fun and wild and definitely took its toll on me but wasn’t until I was faced with 30 that reality hit. I believe it isn’t until you’ve lived through your twenties and faced with your thirties that you become more aware of your body, more familiar with it. My Hyper Shred Transformation.


One word – two muscles …. LEGS – Quads and Hammies!! My ultimate goal for this hyper shred was to lean my lower half. I had the upper half where I wanted it but my bottom half was nowhere close in comparison. The hard part about this new challenge was to lean safely and efficiently as not to lose all the hard earned muscle I had already worked so hard to achieve especially my upper body. I can successfully say I now possess my dream legs! With a combination of a refined nutrition plan that slowly decreased carbs and increase protein week by week

RaptormkII Too muscular? I think that depends on who you're doing it for. If you're doing it so you like the way you look, then you're the only one who can answer that. If you're training so OTHER people like the way you look, then yeah... A fair amount of people think that ANY muscle on a girl is too much.
