When I Started:
Oct, 2008
How I Started:
I've been lifting scince I was 15 years old. My parents were going through a very messy divorce, and lifting was pretty much the only thing keeping me sane. One day I was searching round the internet, and I came across Layne Norton. I Followed him and his progress through the years. I was truely inspired. From then I knew that I wanted to take this seriously...
Why I Love It:
It's my own little way of escaping lifes many foul turns. I feel like i've acheived something after every workout I do, there really is no feeling like it. Most importantly though, it keeps me fit and healthy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Ha! I LOVE bodybuilding, and everything associated with it! I've never ever found myself without motivation to lift, or to stick to my eating routine.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, but after every single workout, I feel like I have accomplished something.

hey bro i just read your article about increasing the width and thickness of your back and found it really interesting...i've always had trouble with my back and am looking for a good workout routine...also i was wondering how many reps would be most effective
hey dude i read your article about working out your back for thickness and width by alternating priorities and found it very helpful. in response to the poll, however, i would assume the people who do it on back day are performing standard deadlifts, whereas the people doing deadlifts on leg day are probably doing straight leg deadlifts.
