I was always athletic,but I was stuck by a drunk driver and had a back injury from the crash.I slowly became out of shape.
Why I Love It:
Love the endorphin rush from a good workout.Feels great to see your body changing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes in my body and compliments from people help as well.My Goal is to return to the shape I was in before the accident.

Right now I'm working on a body transformation. Hopefully one day I will be able to compete. It might take me several more years. If the change is not gradual, it will go as fast as it came. I'm almost 1 year in and LOVING IT!
