Background

When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was always athletic,but I was stuck by a drunk driver and had a back injury from the crash.Therapy was lifting and strengthen my core. That is how I started lifting weights.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love the endorphin rush from a good workout.Feels great to see your body changing. The way you look when in shape and how other people look at you when you are in shape. I use to always get the you are HUGE comments. I want the you are ripped,shredded or cut comments.

Balancing Act

How do you balance work,Play and the significant other?i have a demanding job,I am essential personnel and on call 24/7 I arrive a 14 hour day counting the 2 hour commute everyday and 2 hours in the gym Monday thru friday with saturday and sundays thrown in. :) My GF does not share my passion for the gym. She tore her ACL playing football with us one day,then after that healed she tore her MCL. She is not as active as she once was and seems to keep buying food,I don't eat. Example 1 being I do not eat white beard,white pasta,white sugar. I told her I was going to start going to the gym at nigh...
