Yeah, I cut down the rest time in between sets the past couple of weeks, and I've been getting a much better workout. It's crazy how the smallest changes make the biggest differences!
Awesome progress! There are at least a couple of posters that mention the rock-hard challenge from M & F. I used the BFL model and have gotten good results. The key seems to be the workouts, cardio, and clean eating. Good luck on all your goals!
How about squats? I was doing alot of these, when I was working out at the beginning of the year. I like your routine as well, but I also need some leg stuff that I can do at home.
Thanks for the encouraging words, Chavis! I just recently read that if you have large thighs (which I do), that you should focus on the cardio for a while, and then pick up with leg training. I'm kinda scared to start with squats and stuff, cause I don't want my legs to get any bigger. What do you think?
