How I Started:
I started to get stronger and stay in shape in the off-season for wrestling in high school.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel I get during and after a workout and I love seeing the results of my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remember what I use to look like and what I was able to accomplish.
BB Accomplishments:
In highschool I was wrestling at 140 lbs. with 1% bodyfat and benching 305.

My long term goal is to to stay healthy, fit and at the same time maintain my bodybuilders physique that i am trying to get right now.
