WOW!! Great form and I love the "Legal" lifts. I'm tired of my friends telling me they can lift a certain amount, then we get to the gym and they bounce of the chest, lift their ass, or they don't get low enough. Your form is an example to all. Good luck on your goal.

I watched your videos... impressive. On your deadlift, you could have gotten closer to 550 if not more. Keep up the good work. Im from Oregon also.
