When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
It started with a gym opening in my small home town. I joined with a couple of buddies out of high school just to keep active. I trained wrong for almost a year, but I was going often, then six months into something clicked with inside me and having some help from the owner. I started a routine, different muscle groups, different days.I built off of that started some supplements, protein and creatine were the first 2. By year two I had a good system down, I knew my body, muscles, and amount of rest they needed. Now the rest is kind of history. I'm trying to pick up the pieces and restore my body to what it was then move past that.
Why I Love It:
Stress is toxic and with life, work, and etc. we all need relief and working out is probably, in my opinion, the best and most productive. Stress is relieved and the body is becoming stronger. I look forward to making great strides in my phsique again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through all my toils last year(2008) with no success just to find out I couldn't lose the weight due to medical issues. Now in 2009 I'm getting my health back, then I'll reclaim my PHYSIQUE!

Forum Signature:
I'm on the road to becoming my former self. One day at a time, one work out at a time, one wise diet choice at a time. I will get there.

Goal (Long):
I joined a gym about 2 months ago. I've gone more days than not by I don't even know...haven't kept count just know I'm putting in the work! I've been taking USPlabs stack, it's awesome stuff. I'd recommned it to everybody looking to get swole and drop bodyfat in a slow methodical way, the healthiest way. Overall, I need to get my diet and cardio inline with my lifting.

Hey my friend...good to hear from you! Two weeks ago I joined a new gym, close by the house so very convenient...it may sound crazy but I am skipping dinner and replaced it for 500 grams of 0% fat cheese, in the beginning it is hard but it works!

Nice to hear from you bro! Training and the new food program are really great, I only fantasize a lot of carbs but then it feels as a victory when I am not giving in! I dropped 2 pant sizes now and this is really good news!

Aha now I see...your arthritis is playing with you...have you ever tried to test your blood to certain food? It can be very well possible that the arthritis is more aggressive with for instance milk or nuts...

...you really need to avoid to become a member of the 6 year-nothing-changed-crew!! Talk to your wife...it is ok to go out but choose wisely...you can even eat a hamburger but leave the bread out. Meat (no sauce but ketchup) and veggies will do! She will understand and you will change FAST which she also will like...visit www.bunklers.com I memorized the complete site..take care!!

Well Charles...it's all about CHOICE and CONSISTENCY!! I know people that work out for 6 years, 5 times a week, technically good work outs but their weakness is their diet...they did NOT see any change at all!! For 6 years!! If you browse this site you can see people change within 6 weeks...because they have chosen right..

Hey bro! Yes the little one in the avi is my first daughter Olivia, she is the same baby that I have on my arm, there she was three weeks old, August 28 was her first birthday :-) and the avi is a recent shot...Yes, I pulled out the two hours..it is not that difficult to do, I watch a movie and try to keep my heart rate around 140. How is your diet working for you?
