Training is going well and the dieting... It's getting harder.

They offer different courses that's why I asked which one you're taking. :)
No, they dont sell Oxygen here but I subscribed to it and they're sending it to me from the US (together with FitnessRX). I love reading them... especially during morning cardio sessions. :)

I have a friend who is helping me with my diet but I train by myself. I've tried working with a trainer but I prefer it this way.
I see you are working on your ISSA certification. I am considering applying too.

I dont know any of the supps you mentioned. The selection here in my country is still pretty poor but it's getting better.
Are you working with someone/a coach or are you doing everything by yourself?

No way! My legs are my worst body part. I'm really gonna have to kill them at each workout in the next few weaks to lose that fat on my thighs and butt. But it's a challange and I like it.
No, actually I am going to continue taking creatine first thing in the morning and I will be taking Animal Pump before my evening workouts which also contains creatine.

Today's workout (after taking Animal Pump) was crazy!!! :) Well, actually, I think everyone in the gym thought I was crazy. I definitelly recommend it.

Sorry for answering so late. I am currently doing 30min of low intensity cardio 4x per week and, if I feel like it, I add some after my workout.
I've started taking creatine a couple of weeks ago and I like what it did for me so far. I'm going to start using Animal Pump today as i have only 7 weeks left till my competition.
How are you feeling?

As for supplements... Currently I am using: glutamine, BCAA, omega3, CLA, whey (of course) and I just recently added creatine. I like what it did for me so far. No fat burners yet... Trying to do it without them for as long as possible. But I'll add them later if I'm not happy with the changes (or lack of them :)).
