oh wow. i didn't even realize it was underhand. wherever you were talking about it, if you talked about the underhand thing there, i didn't know that's what you were talking about wherever.. pretty cool. i'll give it a try but try with some light weight cause, thinking about it, it seems the shoulder press part would be tougher or less stable. i'll try it. cool man

hey bro, just saw your video of the power clean and jerk. I do those too. I've only seen very few people do those since high school football. i still love them though. They get my heart beating real fast and they get me quite winded! Good job though! keep it up man

Gym has been great for me! I've finally been able to get back into a routine with work and life and have been able to set some major goals for myself. did you get back started like you said yet?

thanks. Man, those are impressive shoulders! I'm trying to build mine for that bowling-ball effect.. any unique lifts you do for them? or just work hard with the norm?
