Always thought it looked cool seeing huge guys when i was little so i wanted to get like that. Had fun using the bench in the garage when i was in 8th grade, then started regularly at high school gym freshman year. Then real gym and High school gym until I joined the military. Continued at gyms all over the world after that.
Why I Love It:
Just makes me feel good. I guess like drugs do to addicts..?
How I Stay Motivated:
I use the things that bother me from now and the past.

I need more of it. working full time, and decided to take classes again, full time. And trying to stay dedicated to fitness is tough, and depressing. I've dropped weight to about 182 now. It's not bad but I haven't lost much around my waist like I wanted. I'm looking for a 30in waist max and...
The gym and I haven't been quite as close of friends as before... but we're going to make a strong effort to re-connect after I get back in town next week. I've set some crazy goals for myself and can't wait to get started. :) How's the gym treating you?
