Just about everything in the fitness community is under false pretenses and myths, making many individuals believe that there is only one path to achieve greatness, that the protocol MUST be hardcore, clean, and flashy. I no longer take advice without trying to understand the truth and proof behind it before believing it, and hope to aid others in the same way

Most of what is out there is untested or unproven to aid in muscle development, and only aids in the "pump" or merely stimulants to wake up
The only supplements I take are caffeine, cittriline mallate, beta alanine, an creating monohydrate (which is the ONLY proven and effective form of creatine)
