Thanks, but I definitely need to get some new pics up to test that theory ;) I'm keeping the business on slow burn, trying to ride out the recession and avoid any major expenditure until it's safer. How's life for you?

No problem- I remember spending ages hunting for DB exercises myself! I do a two day split, back/bis/legs then chest/tris/shoulders with 3-4 exercises per body part, 3-4 sets per exercise (aiming for a total of 12 sets per muscle group). You can experiment with splits or try a full body workout, it really depends on what works for you and what your main goals are. With a full body, you'd probably want to shoot for 2-3 exercises per muscle group at 3 sets each.
