2009 USA held me in the winners circle...and the dream of becoming an IFBB Pro has never been closer...2010 is my year...so begins my journey to Pro Status...time to eat!!!

So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
