How I Started:
My husband and I decided we were done having kids, and that really motivated me to get my body back.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get when you consistently do it, you feel better about yourself. A natural upper.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard!, But my husband and I help eachother. He is a great motivationin my life, and it helps that we are both into working out. Plus I hang pictures of skinny/tone women on my fridge :)
BB Accomplishments:
I started at 185 working out, and I have lost over 30 pounds to date! Now my goal is to work on toning and losing body fat.
