When i need it to improve for sports and besidess i was stressed for my work and it relaxed me a lot.

i think those shorter distances are much easier to train for, and not as much wear and tear on the ol' body!

Thank you :). Yes, but since I'll only work one or two body parts per session, each session will be shorter. I just think this way it will be easier to really focus.
