My sister-in-law decided she wanted to start training for figure competion and insisted I be her work-out partner. We began working with our trainer, Todd Tanner of Drop Zone Fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it relieves stress! I also feel the greatest sense of accomplishment every time I leave the gym after a good workout. I love to feel healthy and confident about the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation...this is a tough one. Todd and Karen kept me motivated before. But now that my workout partner and I have completely different schedules and Todd isn't training me I have NO ONE to hold me accountable. Which is why I'm HERE! Although, I must say, Jamie Eason is probably my greatest inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
None...yet. :)

charisse, remember one thing, MOTIVATION would get u started but DETERMINATION gets the job done!! U can do it girl, anytime u need some help u know u got friends!!!
