After the NPC I took 2½ weeks of my diet. I didn't go crazy, but I still managed to gain 25lbs in 10 days. I know it's only waterweight, but still :D 2 days after I returned home, I started my diet again for the Danish Nationals on sep 21st. The goal is to get an even harder look than at the...
Hi Char, I am still training hard to reach my lofty goals; also I am now promoting and becoming a distributor for a company that makes a ionization water filter! It turns water from acidic(which is bad) to alkaline(which is VERY good) I think it will really catch on, especially w/ those into fitness. I've been drinking it and the energy boost is incredible!

Hi!
I was wondering how your competitions are going? I hope you did not become discouraged at the results of the last competition that I read about in your blogs. You look great in your pics and you certainly have the right attitude and stamina!
Growing pains of moving to a completely new place...the rain will pass soon. I'll be sure to look for your name at the Arnold next year! Keep in touch!
Been super busy with moving the family from San Antonio, TX to Tacoma, WA and getting settled here and getting ready for Phase II of graduate school....60-80 hr work weeks..fun!!
Wow - sorry for your loss. I may be going to the Arnold next year as well - won't be competing but want to see the show - we can get together at the after party! I recently tore a ligament in my ankle so it is setting me back - I can still do upper body and watch my diet but cardio is very difficult and about all I can do is leg curls and leg extensions - my legs are strong for me anyways so hopefully I can get back to full training in a couple months. my next show is not until October.
Good to see you again Charlotte! My next show is the NPC Natural Northern USA in October. Just training and not dieting too seriously right now. I bought an office and will be opening a Longevity, Wellness and Weightloss Clinic soon - that is taking a lot of my time up right now. Where are ya at right now? How have you been????
