Lean, I wish...haha. I used to be really lean, about 12% was the leanest I believe. But now I weigh in at about 220 and 17% BF. I'm working on it though. I made a new journal that I will start updating in 2 weeks when I go back to school http://forum.bodybuildi ng.com/showthread.php?t=118479 411
