This was a post workout pic when I started getting a little more serious with working out.
This is my most recent pic. I guess there's a little bit of improvement... Especially since this is before my workout and I still look just about as cut as my first picture.
(you know, my muscles aren't swollen from the workout, which would give them the appearance of being bigger than they really ...
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my back to the point where I couldn't get up from the floor... I was injured for about a week. To recover, I didn't work out or do any type of heavy lifting for at least three weeks.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
using the same weight for two years in an effort to be able to do 100 reps. I don't know why I wasted my time...

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
don't over work yourself! use light weights until you at least get used to the movement of the exercise you're doing.
