oh, my bench is 185, squat 225 and my deads are 2somethin
im lacking in strength im training for size right now

Hey man sorry for the late reply..
The lifts I use are a lot of the basic compound movements, squat, bench, military press, rows, I also am in football and we do a lot of cleans and circuits.
anything you needa know?
