yeah I think ill start doing strength training also soon,i just wish i had like 20 more pounds haha

oh, my bench is 185, squat 225 and my deads are 2somethin im lacking in strength im training for size right now so yours beat to mine haha

Hey man sorry for the late reply.. The lifts I use are a lot of the basic compound movements, squat, bench, military press, rows, I also am in football and we do a lot of cleans and circuits. anything you needa know?
