You should be training for strength, trust me, you we will see size gains if you are eating enough plus you will be stronger, or do a mixture of high reps for size and low reps for strength. But I feel you man, Ive been trying to gain weight forever.
No worries man. I meant how strong your lifts are, since you had no stats, but everything was the same as me, plus similar bodyfat, so I wanted to know how someone of similar size compared strength-wise. I appreciate it man.
