How I Started:
I have just moved from Hawaii back to Califonia to start a new career. I have just recovered from an injury where i broke my right leg in three places and now have screws and plates near my ankle. I must of gained 40 pounds over the last six months. I have accrued numerous injuries over the years from torn ligaments in my shoulder area, couple of broken arms, strain menial collateral ligament. But, now I am back from outer-space. It's change time. New place, new look, new attitude on life.

To loose all the weight I have gained over the last six months get down to 190 pounds and have a six pack where my keg is by my birthday in July.

Goal (Long):
For years i have struggled to get that good looking physic. Roller coasting up and down in weight and strength. This last injury I got really shook somethings up in my brain. A healthier life will always be the better smarter way to go in life. I would like to see muscular tone throughout all my body. Thighs gluts and mid-section especially. I am about 260 now and would like to be down to 180 if not lighter but still be able to retain strength by the '08 Christmas. Access to success is through the mind and body!

I heard from your lovely sister and she asked me to drop by and say hi. Body for Life was my choice for the program to get my much-needed body transformation. I lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following it. It’s not really easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals.
