Captain Ahab I dropped by to wish you all the best and to say that my wife and I know where you are coming from and believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true. We followed Body for Life, which is a 12 week body transformation program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in those 12 weeks and I lost over 50 lb in the same time period.
