Thanks for the Add. For Biceps, I do both heavy (4 to 6 reps) and light (10 to 20 reps) in the same workout. Favorite bicep exercise is reverse curls. Took about three years to see significant size changes. Now I am seeing that the key is what you do on non-bicep days with the larger muscles groups (Legs and back). These trigger greater overall growth.

Thanks! Great job packing on the weight. Looks like you have good goals. Keep me updated especially when you break the 17inch barrier.

I never would have thought that you were chubby at one time. Makes what you have done even more amazing. Glad to see that you go heavy with the lifts as well.

Thanks. For Biceps, I would do a large number or sets (15 to 20) of anywhere from 6 to 20 reps. The main thing is rest between workouts, which I take at least a week off. Now that I maintain them, I just do my first 9 to 12 sets at the 6 to ten 10 range, and last 3 or so sets in the 15 to 20 rep range. Favorite bicep exercise is reverse curls with a slow negative.

Ideally I work each bodypart once a week. I was not doing well, so it was once a month or less for the last year and a half as I focused on the larger muscle groups. For your pull-ups I would suggest negatives. Hold at the top for a count of 10, and then lower slowly for another count of ten.
