ShesMuscleBound Hey beautiful girl!!! Okay 25 min (no more than that) 30seconds sprint as hard and fast as possible 2 min walk ( like 3.0 MPH) Continue that cycle for 20-25 min... It's brutal but add it in for about 2-3 days a week and you should notice a change in your body comp! Jan 5, 2013 6:59pm
