Champion Chad created a new BodyBlog entry "2013 12 Week Done".

All in all I am very happy with my progress. I came off an invasive shoulder surgery involving a tendon, labrum, bone growth and partial rotator cuff. Once they let me start rehabbing I was doing all range of motion exercises. OnceĀ our 12 week hit I was cleared to lift and I worked my way up. I gained back most of my strength lost about 15 lbs and 7 inches off my midsection. I did all this while putting over an inch on my arms and legs. I still have a ways to go to hit my overall goal but... Go to BodyBlog

Champion Chad created a new BodyBlog entry "Transformation 2013 (Shoulder Surgery)".

OK well I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and haven't lifted heavy since I hurt myself in March in the process of the 2012 Transformation. I held a lean body mass of 218 when I was at 246 while in a lean bulk. I had planned to cut to 235 at 10% or under. I had labrum, rotator cuff, and a tendon fixed as well as a bone growth on my upper arm shaved off. I lost a ton of muscle and my diet wasn't solid to make it worse. I've been gaining strength back quick. Time to hit last years goal :)
