Background

When I Started: Sep 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was doing karate for more than 4 years, horseriding for 3 years, always did some activity. Then university came :) After years of doing nothing, I decided to loose fat and gain some muscle.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Helps reducing stress, I feel better, less tired, etc..

I still keep working out 3 times a week: Day 1: Chest & Triceps Superset (x3): Dips x 10 (with fist, vary), Dumbbell Flyes x 10, Dumbbell Presses x 10 - Dumbbel Kickback x 10, Bench Dips x 10 Day 2: Back & Biceps Superset (x3): Seated Dumbell Press x 10, Bended Dumbbell Flyes x 10, Concentration Curls x 10, Alternate Incline Dumbbel Curls x 10 Day 3: Shoulders & Traps & Abs Arnold Dumbbel Press x 10, Front & Side Dumbbel Raise x 10, Lateral Raise x 10, Situps till death Intensity: First two supersets 2 seconds up, 4-5 secs negative (!), third superse...
