Hey, thank you so much :) I actually don't have a very fast metabolism, I wish I did :( No one in my family has one either..in order to lose any weight at all I have to go pretty low with cals and lots of exercise, which is just my lifestyle now lol. If I don't get more results soon, I'll defidently try the low intensity program. Thanks! :)

Hey thanks :) Right now my lifting is all up to steve poynter. I normally do lower reps with heavy weight, but right now my program has changed to 10-20-30. I keep my cardio to HIIT, either 15 mins after lifting or 30 mins, alternating running, kickboxing with jumping rope, or the elliptical. I keep carbs low, to workout times (TKD) and I keep them clean, whole grains in a flax seed bread. I eat about every 3 hours

Hey thanks :) I haven't done tournaments, but my bf is a blackbelt and he's teaching me what he knows about hand-to-hand and weapon combat. I've always kinda dreamed of going into MMA or something like that, it'd be pretty sweet for sure!
Since I can't work out I've been doing landscaping to make up for it. What have you been up to? :)

Hey thanks :) yeah a lot of people would have stopped but I'm pretty stubborn. I've was boxing for about 6 months, then the dojo shut down so I didn't have any boxing for about 7-9 months, after that started taking classes and shortly became an instructor, so I've been instructing for about 1.5 years now :)

Hey thanks, kickboxing is awesome :) Lol yeah arms, chest, back and abs is pretty much all I've got anymore.
I've been just pushing through the pain to get my workout done, but I'm in a ridiculous ammount of pain now and physically can't do it anymore, which sucks :( I guess I just have to wait until I heal. In the mean time, I'll continue building up some nice muscle :)

Lol thanks!
I got my hip injury about 5-6 months ago. I went to PT and they think I either tore my illiad, busted a buristis sac, or both. I can't get treatment anymore for it because I lost my job and it was $20/treatment, 2-3 times per week. So now I don't know what to do, I can't box/jump rope/run hardly at all now :(

Hey thanks a lot! I'm really happy with my arms right now. The weird thing is I hadn't switched up my routine much. I started taking ON's tribulus first thing in the morning and before bed, and pumped up my post workout/breakfast meal from about 200kcal to 400 and lowered cals throughout the rest of the day to make up for it :)

Cool, thanks :)
So do you do steady state, or intervals when you do cardio?

Hey, you look fantastic!
I was wondering, you said you burn 500 calories/cardio session. What do you do for cardio? Because it is defidently working for you and I'd love to give it a shot. Thanks :)

I always keep my diet clean.
I'm not sure if it's permanent or not, the doctors have no idea what's wrong. I can jump rope, box, and do some plyo moves so that's my cardio. I have good days and bad days with it..on good days, I'll hit the treadmill and do interval climbs/runs uphill with 12-22lb weighted vest/dumbells. Still good for interval training, I just can't do old-school sprints, which I miss.

I already do intervals, but thanks. I can only do it with jumping rope/boxing, because I have an injury and can physically no longer run. I hate it, because running intervals were awesome :(

Hey, thanks for checking up on me :)
It's really hard to tell..sometimes I feel like I'm really seeing results, other times I don't. I haven't lost any weight, or inches so I'm really bummed out. My diet and training is spot on and I just switched my cardio up completely (weights is always different) so I'm not sure what's going on.

Hey thanks a lot!
I've actually been kickboxing for about 3 years and lifting about the same, with dumbells and never had the pain before. I know my knees/ankles are from running. My mom talked to a doctor she knew and he said it's most likely arthritis (in wrists). That sucks because I'm not an old lady yet, lol!
