If lifting in the morning...
1/4c dry measureĀ oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, 1/4c strawberries
After lifting is 1 pro shake, 1/2 banana
2-3hrs later 4oz chicken or salmon, 2-3c salad w/vinegar and hot sauce (zero cal) as "dressing" (what can i say..i know i have weird taste..),...
Cardio is either jumping rope and boxing for about 1hr, I keep it high intensity along with intervals. Or, I'll do P90X's plyometrics workout, which does not get my HR as high but is still really good. I aim for at least 400-600 calories/day burned through cardio and weights (weights usually...
Sounds like you're doing all the right things, if you're not seeing the results you want U may want to try and switch to low intensity program. Sometimes High Intesnsity can force U to burn off protein instead of fat, especially if U already have a fairly high metabolism, looks like you might. Don't get discouraged, you're so close now, hang in there till you find the combination that works best 4 U. U look great and you're gonna get where U want to go, you're working 2 hard not 2
Congrats on your lifting stats, I read through your progress pics and see you are doing alot of the right things but if you feel like you are not seeing the results you want.
How often are you eating?
What kind of carbs are you eating and when are you eating them?
Are you lifting heavy with low to mid reps?
Are you using any type of fat burner?
What kind of intensity are you using for your cardio??
I'm not an expert but your stomach looks more firm now than it did on March 17. Also your shoulders look more full than when you first started. I'd track more body specs and fat%. Sometimes it's harder to see it yourself.
Thank you for the add. It is nice knowing people are out there rooting for you to succeed. You look great and I hope all is going well for you. Thanks again and stay strong.

Have you ever considered swimming? It might help relieve the stress on your hips and knees. It's good cardio and definitely gets the heart pumping....
Good luck with your training,
Greg
I do the elliptical, but hadn't done it at all during May. The BIGGEST thing is the weight lifting because even though I didn't do cardio, the extra muscle helped hold off the fat gain. But I ate clean most of the time too.
