So I've been going strong for three weeks. Eating right for 4. Decided i'm focusing on leaning out as much as I can over these next 9 weeks. I obviously want to get stronger and grow muscle but my goal will be to lean out and start building from these. Motivation is looking in the mirror and seeing results. I'm ready to stop looking at all the fat around my midsection and start seeing definition, then I'll work on growing. Eating clean has made all the difference. I'm feeling better about...
