When I Started: Nov 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Was turning 18 and hit the point where I knew I was in need of a change and I knew a gym would open me up to the right people to help me along the way.

WHY I LOVE IT:

There's nothing like the rush of being confronted with a challenge and destroying it! I'm a very enthusiastic person and anyone who challenges me has quite the challenge on their hand. In short, winning is everything.

Breakfast :-
75g Oats w/ water
35g WPI protein
1x Multi-vitamin

Meal 2 :-
140g tuna
3/4 cup brown rice
green beans/peas

Meal 3 :-
180g lean chicken breast
Large salad

Meal 4 :-
WPI protein 35g
6x thin rice cakes

Meal 5 :-
180-230g Lean meat (Beef, white meat/fish, chicken variations)

3/4 cup mixed vegetables

Meal 6 :-
WPI protein 35g
6-10 almonds

Training

4 days to begin & now doing 5 days of training split up between

Day one: Back, Biceps, Core
Day two: Legs
Day three: Triceps, core
Day four: Chest
Day five: Shoulders, Core

Weight Loss Journey - The end; a new beginning

I know a lot of people aren't going to read this and I thank the few who may read part, or all of this post. Regardless, I have decided that I want to create this post for the few whom may read this and appreciate it and hopefully inspire others to follow their dreams to weight loss success and physique transformation.
