Background
Was turning 18 and hit the point where I knew I was in need of a change and I knew a gym would open me up to the right people to help me along the way.
There's nothing like the rush of being confronted with a challenge and destroying it! I'm a very enthusiastic person and anyone who challenges me has quite the challenge on their hand. In short, winning is everything.
