How I Started:
I swam all throughout high school and being in the weight room was crucial for my team. Ever since then, I have been working out, but since I hit college, I have been pretty up and down with my workouots. I want to get back in the swing of things and get fit for next year.

You've got a nice body! I'm guessing the swimming did a lot for your thick chest development! Good luck with your goal of gaining muscle. It will look good on you! Keep it up! -Ray
