Well I guess I only have to compete in one NPC show to qualify, i don't even have to place haha i didn't know that.. But It's in Cali. I can't remember the name tbh.

I hear ya there. I'll be out of the house next year, so it'll be tough competing in nats without being 100% stable. Rehab is great.. I've only had 1 week of it so far, but I should be ready to lift heavily again in about another week. i atrophied a little bit, but I'm sure muscle memory will kick right back in after a while.

I just decided to go on a full body cleansing program for about 5 days to heal up a little quickly and get my nervous system out of this shock from the injury. I'll be back to lifting heavy after those 5 days. I still have 2-3 weeks until school starts back up so I still have plenty of time to get my bulk back on before I have to see anyone I know haha How about you broseph? How're you doing?

Going to just keep doing my bulking program I was doing before for arms and chest got really good results.... I am bulking until mid Dec and then will decide what shows I am aiming at and what i need to do after that

I understand... You are young you will have plenty of time to improve. I am working on my weak points rightnow and bulking to 270 this offseason. currently 252 and leaning out at same time which i don't get, but its all good! Going to really be focusing on growing and bringing up arms and chest

Awesome to hear training is going good. I am relly hitting it hard as i go into the offseason. think i should be at about 250 now and still seeing abs! Really going to push it hard till Dec and try to get to 270. Then decide how 2010 will play out! This is the time you need to start taking full body pics and start the posing shots to get a real feel
