I hear ya there. I'll be out of the house next year, so it'll be tough competing in nats without being 100% stable. Rehab is great.. I've only had 1 week of it so far, but I should be ready to lift heavily again in about another week. i atrophied a little bit, but I'm sure muscle memory will kick right back in after a while.

I just decided to go on a full body cleansing program for about 5 days to heal up a little quickly and get my nervous system out of this shock from the injury. I'll be back to lifting heavy after those 5 days. I still have 2-3 weeks until school starts back up so I still have plenty of time to get my bulk back on before I have to see anyone I know haha How about you broseph? How're you doing?

Going to just keep doing my bulking program I was doing before for arms and chest got really good results.... I am bulking until mid Dec and then will decide what shows I am aiming at and what i need to do after that
