How I Started:
I got started during High School football doing the basic compound movements.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because of the dedication,discipline and determination it takes in order to obtain your goals. In the gym it is mind over matter, can you move the weight? It is a lot more psychological then most people think.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by many instrinsic and extrinsic factors. My profession of choice is to be a successful personal trainer and I believe an aspect that is neglected quite often is marketing. You have to market YOURSELF. Nobody will truly want to be trained by someone who looks like they don't even workout. Another of course is women. I also just like the lifestyle, because if you are a true bodybuilder this is not a hobby, it IS a lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet...I've lost 32lbs and counting as of June 2007. I've lost about 12lbs since my last pics in October...new ones coming soon....

Don't really know how to pose, but I can definitely tell my back is thicker and fuller from Deadlifting much heavier and weighted chins.

I want to get down to 10% bodyfat and stay around 215-220lbs.
Goal (Long):
Right now I am 5'11'' 223lbs. The most recent pics I have up I weighed 234 or so. I don't know my bodyfat percantage as of now but I would like to get down to 10% while staying around 215-220lbs by spring. After that I would like to compete at the local level by the time I turn 23 at around 230lbs.
