How I Stay Motivated:	Going to see Competitions regularly ,attending competitions,surrounding myself with other bodybuilders or fitness junkies,lols. Reading up on the fitness materials. Training people at gyms and being surrounded by it on a daily basis..Plus its my passion...my heart follows the sport...=)
