This is my tentative plan
Monday swim 1 hour/lift for mass 1 hour (back shoulders chest abs arms)
Tuesday run 1 hour bodyweight routine for upper body/chest and abs 1 hour
Wednesday - same as Monday
Thursday -same as Tuesday
Friday - Same as Monday
Its intense but i love it! its my personality I am all in or all out. I love being wiped out after a workout and knowing I pushed myself to the limit . How is your progress , whats your split?

hey bro how are ya? I am good .. took some time off from the gym to deal with life. I am back at it this week . throwing swimming in the mix with running and lifting , still gunning for 8-10 bf as soon as possible.
