Background
My work offers a corporate membership to Nubodys Fitness. I weighed 220 pounds at the time, felt tired all the time and was having blood pressure problems. I was only 26 years old at the time and felt that it was too young to be having health problems and I wanted to do something about it.
I love to bodybuild and workout as it gives me more energy and I feel and look better. I like to workout and have made it a part of my life by working out 3 to 4 mornings a week.
