When I was 18 as a hobby! I always looked up to the athletic personalities and the way they lead their life according to Fitness and Health and still believe that's the way to go!
Why I Love It:
Its who you are in a certain way! The rush and the pump, the feeling of power over yourself, a regarding reason to wake up the next day! Love it when you just leave the gym and think: "Can't wait for tomorrow"!
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying new routines and looking at results! Other people“s comments and feeling that you do it mainly for yourself!
Yah, thats about what I do! I do an hour in the mornin then and hour of weight training and then another 30 in the evening! Well I look forward to seein some progess! Have a good day!
Oh man! I freakin hurtin right now from all my cardio and weight training! Im spent I just wanna freakin go to sleep for like a week hehe! How much cardio are you doin?
DEFINITELY good progress in ur sides! And all around i'd say...very very nice ;) Just finished my first week of second year of med school, and I'm already behind, jajajaja! I'm catching up this weekend though. It's not too bad, yet. Next week will be worse. I just gotta keep motivated and focused. How u doin?
