How I Started: When I was 18 as a hobby! I always looked up to the athletic personalities and the way they lead their life according to Fitness and Health and still believe that's the way to go!
Why I Love It: Its who you are in a certain way! The rush and the pump, the feeling of power over yourself, a regarding reason to wake up the next day! Love it when you just leave the gym and think: "Can't wait for tomorrow"!
How I Stay Motivated: Trying new routines and looking at results! Other people´s comments and feeling that you do it mainly for yourself!
