Hey everyone I have to say sorry, I havent been on bodyspace in over a month now!! Actually I got a pretty bad injury and had to have shoulder surgery, so it was a little depressing talking about lifting since I won't be able to do it in a LONG time! so Im going to try to get caught up on...

yall definitely look like a model haha... i find the best toning agent to be using resistance bands.. i get the same workout as deadweights with greater contraction rate, which is fast twitch muscle fiber which is the main factor in definition. but you look great doin what yall doin
