How I Started:
I actually started in '02, working out with my fiancee's brother. Just before wedding in 04/03, He quit lifting and we started going out to eat and not going to the gym, so now I'm Back!
Why I Love It:
I love feeling good about myself and looking good as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Wife and Kids and honestly, motivation has never really been an issue with me, once my mind is set...I go til I either succeed or fail.
This is my starting picture, I have lost about 24lbs in the last month-ish. I just started heavy at the gym...so hopefully progression should start showing soon. Long road ahead.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have an HTC Touch Pro phone with Pocket Xcel, so I map my workout and input in my stats as my workout progresses for each routine.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
I love the pump I get from the Seated Calf Raises, however, I think doing Calf "Presses" (on Leg Press Machine (pushing up at 60-75 degree angle)) has provided the best pump and burn in my calves so far.
