How I Started:
I got started working out when I was in high school and have worked out on and off throughout the years. Now that I'm older I find it hard to workout and stay motivated.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me extra energy and makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
These days I keep reminding myself that I'm not getting any younger so the older you get the harder it is to keep in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
My best accomplishments was about seven years ago when I got really tone.
This was taken when I started working back out again. I had weighed myself earlier and had come in at 186 Lbs. I'm posting this as a reminder to myself.
Continue to workout on a weekly basis and began to incorporate good eating habits into my life. I want to get down to 170lbs and continue to get ripped.

Well, I'm traveling for work this week and on my way to the hotel I realized that I'd left my running shoes at home!! I'd packed all of my running gears and forgot my shoes, go figure! However, I did bring my dumb bells along to workout with, since the hotel gym has no weights. I have to stay...
